All of our Sunflower oils are Non-GMO and expeller pressed. This is our full-flavor, raw sunflower oil. It's buttery, & rich, and may be used in all the same ways (salad dressings, sautee, deep fat fry, mayo, etc). We recommend trying this one as a vegan substitute for butter, as your go-to popcorn fat, or drizzled anywhere you want a buttery flavor! As this oil is not refined, it may appear slightly cloudy in the bottle.
